International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Because our website cannot calculate your international shipping rate just yet, reach us via whatsapp on +254745860035 with your order and location. We will then create an order for you once shipping rate is calculated and you will receive a notification to complete your order payment on the website.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HushHush is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Nairobi: 1–3 business days
  • Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 2–3 business days
  • Other areas: 2–5 business days
  • Kilifi and environs: Same Day Delivery

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and courier option.


4. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and courier option and will be displayed at checkout.

We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.


5. Same-Day / Express Delivery (Optional Section)

Same-day delivery may be available within Coast Region for orders placed before 12 Noon.

An additional express delivery fee may apply.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Courier tracking details (where applicable)

7. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure:

  • Your phone number is correct and reachable
  • The delivery address is accurate and detailed

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 1-2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, hygiene liners (for swimwear), and original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. Important: Swimwear Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons:

  • Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns if the item shows signs of wear, staining, perfume, or removal of the liner.

This ensures the safety and satisfaction of all customers.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items made on Sale
  • Worn or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Items returned after the stated return window

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size
  • Incorrect item received
  • Defective item

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may:

  • Choose another item of equal value, or
  • Receive store credit.

5. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds unless:

  • The item is defective and no replacement is available.
  • The wrong item was sent and a replacement is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • M-Pesa reversal
  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

Refund processing time: 1-3 business days after approval.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return delivery costs.
  • If the return is due to size change or customer preference, the customer covers delivery fees.

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange
